RETURNS + REFUNDS
RETURN POLICY
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return in the event the item is not suitable.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you have received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required for the return.
- Emails that are sent after the timeframe will not be considered for any returns/refunds/exchanges.
- Sale items will not be eligible for any refunds/exchanges.
- Customers will bear all shipping costs for any returns to exchange of item(s) and it is non-refundable except for defective item(s)
To start a return, there are 02 ways for request:

- For returns for unsuitable item(s), submit product return requests directly at: https://shopify.com/44934856866/account
- Once a request has been submitted on either option, we will notify you for approval/rejection.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DEFECTS/DAMAGES FOR RETURNS
Defective item(s) return policy is 14 days.
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective/ damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and assist in resolving it.
- Proof of a picture will be requested of the damaged item(s) for verification purposes
- Approval of damaged item(s), customers will be able to decide on exchange/refund.
- Damaged item(s) that have other damages that are not stated in the email beforehand, will not be eligible for exchange/refund. Therefore, item(s) returned will need to be in original packaging to prevent damages during delivery.
- For domestic returns, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label to be dropped off at the courier's drop-off points. Pick-up services are NOT available for prepaid domestic return labels.
- For international returns, please use a trackable shipping service for guaranteed returns.
DEFECTS/DAMAGES FOR EXCHANGES
- Item(s) that have defects/damages after inspection, the customer can request an exchange.
- Exchange is applicable for the same item or another item that is of the same price value, which is dependent on stock availability. Items are above the value paid, customer will be requested to make payment.
- If the item chosen for exchange is unavailable, a refund will be provided.
- The Riley J will bear all shipping costs for any returns and exchange of item(s) that are under defects/damages
Below are clarifications that will NOT be considered as a defect/damage:
- Coated metal materials may produce tiny specks due to the humidity and nature of the material.
- Due to multiple usages of items, jewellery may turn green due to humidity and oils produced in our bodies.
- Stone and resin are unique for every piece, therefore each differs in colour and patterns that are not identical.
- Measurements stated on the product page may vary 1 - 2cm difference, therefore should not be considered a defect.
- Item colours seen on screen may differ when seen on the actual product, which may be due to screen settings on desktop/mobile.
