SHIPPING
PROCESS
- Orders received will take 2 to 3 business days to process/pack before shipping.
- Orders received after 3 pm will be processed on the next business day.
- Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends & public holidays.
DOMESTIC + OVERSEAS
- Once you fill out the shipping address to where the items are to be delivered, you will be provided with a list of courier options to choose from (Domestic + International) during checkout.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on each courier service chosen with the delivery lead time stated under the shipping method, once the courier picks up the orders.
- Shipping time is subject to courier restrictions and availability.
- All shipping couriers provided have a tracking number available.
- All customers are liable for any taxes or charges incurred during the delivery process.
The Riley. J will not be responsible or held liable should any parcels be seized by the customs due to unpaid taxes for international deliveries.
The Riley. J will not be responsible for damaged and held packages & refunds will not be provided for incorrect shipping information and missed delivery errors by the mail carriers. Additional shipping charges will apply for the re-shipment of bounced parcels due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
NEXT-DAY DELIVERIES
- We provide 02 x next day deliveries options - Grab Express & SingPost Next Day
- SingPost Next Day takes 02 days, 1 day for pickup & the next day for transit & delivery to the location
- Grab Express orders will be delivered to the location on the following next day, which has a base fee of SGD$10.30.
- Delivery rates will be calculated based on Grab Delivery from the pickup point to the delivery address that is stated in the order.
- Once the order is picked up by Grab Express, we will send out a notification (SMS) to you so that you can track when your parcel will be delivered.
